…ok, here we go again…today I am giving you the final tip…#7 revealing the SLIM and SEXY Secrets used by THE FITTEST, LEANEST A-listers in Beverly Hills. You already know the history of the origin of these insider weight loss secrets…but we do have new readers so I am gonna give a very brief recap of just how this information came into my possession…awhile ago I was fortunate to spend some time out in Beverly Hills, CA, and came away with these tips of the hottest weight loss and slimming secrets used by some of Cali’s most sought after and HIGH-PRICED fitness trainers.
I owe a debt of gratitude to my good buddy, Byron who got me inside (he lives out there in Newport Beach) to hang out and even lunch with one of the top trainers of the Hollywood Elite. Of course, I picked his mind clean and he openly shared with me his ‘Top Trim and Sexy Tips’. This is tip number 7, the final one!
TIP NUMBER SEVEN: “I will follow my nutritional plans, diet and goals 80% of the time.” If you take the right food choices only 80% of the time you will be successful at reaching your goals of becoming lean and staying that way. What this equals is that for every 5 times you put something into your mouth and system you get to make a bad choice on what you eat. That equals 80%, no matter how you cut it.
I have long held and communicated to all my fitness and weight-loss clients that this will be a key to their long-term success. Trying to be perfect will drive you nuts and you will eventually breakdown and crash, losing your balance and eating horribly ever after as a result.
The message, the moral of this story is to just be perfect 80% of the time.
